For users who are using our classic web site: Your default User ID/password are your email address and employee ID (as a 9 digit number that begins with leading zeros (such as "000######"))

For users who have signed up and downloaded the app: We have a new and improved web reservation page. Please go here and use the User ID and password you created during the app registration process and click on the LOGIN button
New "Book on behalf of" feature
For those users on the new reservation web site, we have a book on behalf of feature that allows you to make reservations for another traveler. There is a handy chart here to determine which method works best for a given situation and how to utilize it. You can either adopt a persons profile (with approval) or simply change the name of the travelling passenger. If you adopt the profile the reservation will be delivered to the travelers app with all the benefits of the app.

When you first launch the app, you must REGISTER , and use your company email and your mobile phone number. BNYMellon has current accounts open which you will be automatically directed to, please do not open a new account.
For travelers who are based internationally (non - US), please call the reservation center at +(718)249-1250 and have a credit card available to make the reservation.
