When you first launch the app, you must REGISTER , and use your company email and your mobile phone number. WLRK has current accounts open which you will be automatically directed to, please do not open a new account. Use your Timekeeper number as your profile when the app asks you which profile to use.
New “Book on behalf of” feature
For those users on the new reservation web site, we have a book on behalf of feature that allows you to make reservations for another traveler. There is a handy chart here to determine which method works best for a given situation and how to utilize it. You can either adopt a persons profile (with approval) or simply change the name of the travelling passenger. If you adopt the profile the reservation will be delivered to the travelers app with all the benefits of the app.
